After 40 years of experience and study, we have begun a new programme with Gropel 2015 that will be destined for selected wines and vintages. We have decided to set aside 1552 bottles each year, withdrawing them from sale. These will be conserved in our cellars and only presented again after further ageing in the bottle for a minimum of three years.
